We work with you to set meaningful, measurable goals constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation to help you implement and achieve them! We will ask these questions with you: How much do you want to impact the world around you and measure it? What does growth mean to you? What legacy do you want to leave behind? How do you contribute to transformation of this country?

Where do we come from?

Lean Enterprise Acceleration Programmes (LEAP) is a subsidiary of the PLP Group, a leader in acquisition and retention programmes in the corporate sector since 1992. After extensive research amongst small businesses in South Africa and Africa, working with large databases of suppliers, we spotted a gap – a need for shared resources centre and easy access to new markets for entrepreneurs as well as a need for sourcing the “right” suppliers for corporates.

Who we are

LEAP started in 2011 focusing on developing and delivering comprehensive Enterprise and Supplier Development programmes for our corporate clients as well as business support services to SMEs. LEAP has 34% black woman ownership and its company’s operations are conducted from the head office in Randburg. However, we can provide services nationwide thanks to the large network of over 140 000 suppliers, 180 mentors and consultants. We currently provide business assistance services to over 30 000 business customers of the likes of Telesure Group, the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa, Standard Bank, SAB Foundation.
