LEAP has been providing business assistance to all 20 000 commercial policyholders of Auto & General, First For Woman, Dial Direct, Budget and Unity for the past two years. Judging from the high utilisation and satisfaction levels reported by the customers it is evident that business owners highly value such support services.
There has been an improvement in the retention rate of the policies of those SME policyholders who utilised LEAP’s programme at least twice. This significant result is a true testament to the importance of our services to SMEs and how valuable these services are to business customers.
LEAP also assists with organising educational seminars for the business owner on topics such as tax, sales and turnover issues.
