We put “Kaizen” into play in our Shared Resource Centre !

In light of the word Kaizen (Japanese for “change for the better”) a challenge proposed by LEAP MD Petra Rees, our Business Consultants were challenged with a task of learning or adopting a new skill.  We embraced this challenge by deciding to adopt research and development as a skill. Each Business Consultant researched SME relevant topics and presented this research in an article/ebook format.

The choice of the topic was entirely up to the Business Consultant, the purpose of this task was so that these ebooks can be used in endeavours to increase our club utilisation and provide entrepreneurs with a easy to read quick manual on topics relevant to the struggles of being your own boss.  Such entrepreneurship topics included:

  • The Sweet life of Business Apps
  • Unleashing the importance of web domain registrations
  • Think like a Boss – How to get your staff to step out of their comfort zone.
  • Opening the door to Guest feedback in hospitality

At LEAP we believe that if an opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door! Our Business Consultants have displayed this attitude and tenacity in this month’s challenge. Well done Team we are so proud of you.  If you are an aspiring entrepreneur please feel free to contact one of our professional business consultants to share any of the above e-books with you and hopefully you gain benefit from our team’s research.

Best Regards and we look forward to hear from you soon.
