B-BBEE GAP ANALYSIS
LEAP will collate all the data collected from the Measured Entity (ME) and perform a desktop analysis to identify any relevant gaps to create a balanced scorecard in line with the ME’s business and commercial goals. The analysis assesses the structure of your business according to ownership, management control, skills development, enterprise and supplier development, and socio-economic development. LEAP’s BEE Analyst will then issue a B-BBEE Assessment Report that will be used to develop a B-BBEE Strategy Map.
